• Agrozone Pty Ltd is a registered agricultural business based in Maseru, Lesotho.
• These terms govern your use of our website, online platforms, and any direct business dealings with Agrozone.

2. Products & Services

• Agrozone supplies fresh produce (e.g., tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower), seedlings, and borehole drilling services.
• All produce is subject to seasonal availability and may vary in size, appearance, and volume due to natural conditions.
• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery and high quality, we cannot guarantee 100% uniformity.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed directly via phone, email, or through our sales representatives.
• All bulk or contractual orders must be confirmed in writing.
• Payments must be made in full prior to dispatch or as per agreed payment terms.
• Agrozone accepts payments via EFT, cash, or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available within selected regions and subject to logistics feasibility.
• Any delivery timelines provided are estimates and not binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Return & Refund Policy

At Agrozone, we strive to deliver top-quality fresh produce and services. However, should you encounter an issue, our return policy is as follows:

Fresh Produce Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, provided there is clear evidence of spoilage or damage that occurred prior to delivery.
• Photos of the affected produce must be sent to plant@agrozone.co.ls with your order reference number.
• Approved returns may result in a replacement or store credit.

Seedlings & Nursery Products:

• Due to their perishable nature, seedlings are non-refundable unless the fault is due to Agrozone error (e.g., wrong batch, poor germination from our side).
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the seedlings.

Borehole Drilling Services:

• Drilling work is carried out under standard geological risk. No refunds are issued once work has commenced unless gross negligence can be proven.
• Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 working days of service completion.

6. Quality Assurance

• We follow best practices in food safety and are working toward official certifications.
• While all due care is taken during farming and packaging, natural produce may contain minor imperfections.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website—including logos, text, images, and branding—remains the property of Agrozone Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

• Agrozone is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the misuse of products, natural spoilage post-delivery, or delays beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of our website.
